EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Stingers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced Tuesday the signing of 6’8” Adam Paige. The forward has played 19 games in the CEBL between the Vancouver Bandits and his 2023 stint with the Edmonton Stingers.

“I loved playing with the Stingers during the 2023 season and knew it was a good fit to come back,” said Paige. “Edmonton has always had a very competitive team and I expect nothing less this summer!”

The Surrey B.C. native spent 5 years at the University of Alberta playing for the Golden Bears while pursuing a degree in Education.  In 138 games Paige averaged 25.7 minutes, 12.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. “Adam is a familiar face to basketball fans in Edmonton.” said Stingers Head Coach and General Manager Jordan Baker. “After a terrific career at the University of Alberta, he is working to establish himself as a high-level professional. His physical tools and familiarity with the team should put him in a position to contribute immediately.”
