Bio
Son to Aissata Samoura (mom). Has three siblings. His younger brother Ousmane Diawara plays for Theford College. Diawara represented Canada at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and helped Canada capture a silver medal. Diawara is a two-time All-Canadian. He also represented Canada at the 2019 FISU Games in Italy, and played with current teammates Brody Clarke and Sascha Kappos. Diawara is the first Calgary Dinos alum to play in the Canadian Elite Basketball League.
