REFRESH THE NETS!
The Fresh Nets Program is a community initiative focused on refreshing all the nets in Edmonton! We believe that basketball should be accessible and available to all, and want to see the game we love grow in our city! Each basketball hoop will have brand new nets installed by our own players, staff, and volunteers
HOW IT WORKS
First, we locate each basketball court in Edmonton.
Next, we grab a fresh net and head to the courts.
Then we install fresh nets on the hoops.
Lastly, we test out the brand new nets!
2023 UPDATE
This year, we have partnered with the Edmonton Federation of Community League's to target nets at Community League courts around the city. Our goal is to replace 500 nets in Edmonton over the coming months. We kicked things off with our first ever Fresh Nets Day on Wednesday June 21st!
