Edmonton Stingers Single Game Tickets Now On Sale
March 30th, 2023, Edmonton AB - The Edmonton Stingers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League have officially released single game tickets for all 10 of their home games this season. Tickets to the newly renovated Flair Airlines Hangar are available online for as low as $20 via TicketMaster. The Stingers will host the Calgary Surge May 28th at their home opener.
“Last season we saw tremendous growth as an organization, and recent changes to ownership have cemented the Stingers as a staple of the Edmonton pro sports community,” said Stingers president and CEO Reed Clarke. “We’re committed to expanding our accessibility, increasing our gameday entertainment, and delivering championship caliber basketball.”
The Stingers tip off their 5th CEBL season in the newly formed Western Conference, consisting of the Surge, the Vancouver Bandits, the Winnipeg Sea Bears, and the Saskatchewan Rattlers. Each Western Conference team will visit the Hangar at least once this season. In addition, Eastern Conference opponents the Niagara River Lions, Ottawa BlackJacks, Montreal Alliance, and Scarborough Shooting Stars will make stops in Edmonton.
The Stingers will launch three Celebration Nights this season including Women in Basketball (June 10th vs Ottawa), Indigenous Celebration Night (June 17th vs Montreal), and Hoops for Troops (July 8th vs Winnipeg). These games are collaborative endeavors between the Stingers and local organizations to celebrate members of the diverse community that engages with sports in Edmonton.
